Job summary

Lovesac is seeking a part-time Sales Associate in Cypress, TX to create a welcoming in-store experience and help customers design products that fit their space. You will learn Lovesac selling techniques, build relationships, and strive to exceed personal sales goals.

You’ll engage customers, demonstrate products, and guide them from interest to purchase while maintaining a high level of service and a commitment to sustainability and product quality.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High-School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to effectively utilize technology for sales and customer support including demonstrating products and utilizing internal CRM systems.
• Supports Lovesac's omni-channel customer experience by being flexible and able to assist in-person at your home store, local stores and third-party vendors, as well as remote shifts.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with customers using Lovesac selling techniques.
• Achieve personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Provide attentive service and build customer loyalty.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and educate customers.
• Guide customers from interest to purchase, manage quotes and close sales.
• Conduct customer outreach using company tools and methods.
• Identify and resolve customer issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain a welcoming, visually appealing store following merchandising standards.
• Oversee store operations including opening/closing, inventory, exchanges, promotions, and adherence to standards.
