Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana is seeking a Retail Associate for a part-time position at the Crawfordsville store. The role supports the store team in achieving daily goals and may perform duties as Cashier, Textiles or Wares Producer, Donation Door Attendant, eCommerce Producer, e-Books Producer, or Rack/Cart Runner under supervision.

The position offers an $11 hourly rate with opportunities to learn multiple responsibilities, handle donations, assist customers, and maintain a clean

Responsibilities

• Rings up customer orders, maintains a balanced drawer and follows cash handling procedures.
• Assist customers with information about Goodwill programs and direct complex questions to staff.
• Maintain the sales floor and organize merchandise.
• Learn and perform various roles (Cashier, Textiles/Wares Producer, Donation Door Attendant, eCommerce Producer, e-Books Producer, Rack/Cart Runner).
• Assist with donations and backroom organization, including loading/unloading as needed.
