Job summary

NWM Risk Management is seeking Residential Construction Inspectors to perform on-site inspections across Ohio and nearby regions. You will visit sites, take interior and exterior photos, and upload them via our mobile app.

This is flexible, part-time, 1099 contract work that lets you choose your own hours and work independently. No report writing is required; you will coordinate with the report writing team by submitting photos.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule with 24–48 hours notice
• Reliable transportation to inspection sites
• Smartphone or tablet with Pruvan app for submission of photos
• Basic construction knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• Visit residential construction sites (single-family homes, townhomes, apartments, condos)
• Take interior and exterior photos using the smartphone app
• Submit photos through the app to the report writing team
• Communicate availability and scheduling needs promptly
• Ensure inspections are completed within 24–48 hours of assignment
