Job summary

Diamond Willow Assisted Living is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant to provide essential daily care and support for residents in Park Rapids, MN. You will assist with activities of daily living, mobility, meals, and safety, while maintaining a warm, dignified home-like environment.

Qualifications

• Must pass a DHS background study.
• Provide care with dignity and compassion.
• 18 years or older; CNA license may be required for under-18 exception per regulation.

Responsibilities

• Toileting and bathing assistance for residents.
• Dressing and grooming support.
• Feeding assistance.
• Manage dementia-related behaviors.
• Transfer and mobility assistance (including mechanical lifts).
• Medication administration and treatments.
