Job summary

Diamond Willow Assisted Living is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant to support our aging residents with dignity and compassion. You will assist with daily activities, mobility, meals, and personal care in a warm, home-like environment.

Shifts are flexible, with full-time, part-time, and block scheduling options. Compensation includes up to $21/hour based on experience and a supportive benefits package for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Must pass a DHS Background Study.
• MUST be 18 years or older; under 18 with CNA license per regulations.

Responsibilities

• Toileting and bathing
• Dressing and grooming
• Feeding assistance
• Management of dementia-related behaviors
• Transfer and mobility assistance (including use of mechanical lifts)
• Medication administration and treatments
• End of life care
• Meal preparation
• Activities
• Daily housekeeping and laundry
