Diamond Willow Assisted Living & Memory Care in Proctor, MN is hiring a Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living, mobility, and compassionate care. You will work as part of a team that values dignity, comfort, and meaningful connections.

Joining us offers flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, and block shifts), competitive hourly wages up to $22 with differential, and benefits including PTO, health/dental, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must pass a DHS Background Study.
• All applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible for consideration. Exceptions: individuals under 18 may be considered only if they possess a valid CNA license, in accordance with regulations.
