Job summary

Diamond Willow Assisted Living is seeking a Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities, maintain dignity and comfort, and collaborate with a compassionate care team. The role accommodates full-time or part-time schedules in Cloquet, MN, with competitive hourly pay and shift differentials.

Responsibilities include hygiene, mobility support, medication administration, and dementia care, along with meal prep and light housekeeping.

Qualifications

• Must pass a DHS background study.
• Must be 18+ unless CNA license holder per regulations.

Responsibilities

• Toileting and bathing assistance.
• Dressing and grooming assistance.
• Feeding assistance.
• Manage dementia-related behaviors.
• Transfer and mobility assistance (including mechanical lifts).
• Medication administration and treatments.
