Job summary

Diamond Willow Assisted Living & Memory Care in Proctor, MN is seeking a Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities, dignity, and comfort. You will be part of a compassionate team delivering person-centered care in a home-like setting.

Qualifications

• MUST PASS a DHS background study.
• Ability to provide dignified care and support for residents.
• Applicants must be 18 years or older; CNA certification may be considered for eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Toileting and bathing assistance.
• Dressing and grooming.
• Feeding assistance.
• Management of dementia-related behaviors.
• Transfer and mobility assistance (including use of mechanical lifts).
• Medication administration and treatments.
• End of life care.
• Meal preparation.
• Activities and daily housekeeping/laundry.

Education

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
