Job summary

First Children Services is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) for part-time, non-exempt work in Cherry Hill, NJ. You will implement the Individual Support Plan under supervision, support clients 1:1 or in small groups, and collect session data.

Flexibility in hours is offered with day and afternoon slots; the setting includes schools, clinics, homes, and community environments. RBT credential and comfort with documentation are required, with prior experience a plus.

Qualifications

• RBT credential required.
• 1 year minimum of working with children.
• Comfortable with using technology for daily documentation.
• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills.
• Willingness to accept and implement feedback.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel and run during shift.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with client in independent and group settings.
• Read and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect session data and submit documentation in a timely manner.
• Support healthy communication, social and behavioral skills.
• Provide interactive therapeutic support to extinguish or minimize maladaptive behaviors.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to increase positive behavioral outcomes.
