Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Georgia is seeking part-time RBTs to deliver ABA services in-home and in community settings under the supervision of a BCBA. You’ll implement ABA programs, teach functional skills, and track progress with our data system.

We offer PTO/sick time, flexible scheduling, opportunities for advancement, BCBA supervision, and referral bonuses. A high school diploma and an active RBT certification are required, along with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma.
• Active RBT certification from the BACB.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Consistent, reliable transportation and driver’s license.
• Experience working with children preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills that allow the kiddos to meet their functional goals and needs.
• Complete progress notes in our data collection system.
• Ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans by actively collaborating with the families.
