BK Behavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and support clients in achieving personal goals through ABA services. You will be part of a dedicated clinical team delivering one-on-one interventions in home or community settings.

The position offers part-time hours with flexibility, opportunities for advancement within the ABA field, and a supportive environment focused on client outcomes and family collaboration.

Formación

• RBT certification required before working.
• Ability to provide one-on-one ABA services to children.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
