Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our devoted ABA team. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, helping children reach their goals with evidence-based interventions.

This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, same-day pay, competitive compensation, and opportunities for advancement through BCBA schooling programs.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• Patience, compassion and a calm demeanor are essential.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
