Total Care ABA in Jackson, TN is hiring a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support in-school and in-home ABA services. You’ll work one-on-one with children to help them develop essential skills.

Qualifications

• Must hold current RBT certification and BACB registration.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy one-on-one with children in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Accurately collect and document client data.
• Support development of communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Travel to client homes and community settings as needed.
