Total Care ABA is hiring for a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children in home, school, and community settings in Arlington, TN. Earn $18–$26 per hour with flexible evening shifts and scheduling options.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required.
• Active BACB registration required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress.
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress.
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services.
• Services provided in person throughout Tennessee.
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training and commit to ongoing learning.
