Top Penguin ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism in New Jersey. You will work under supervision to implement plans and support families.

Qualifications

• RBT training completed and RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a related bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with children with patience, empathy and understanding.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with families and team members.

Responsibilities

• Delivering ABA therapy sessions to children with ASD using evidence-based techniques.
• Collecting and organizing data on client progress for analysis with BCBAs.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed session notes, data, and treatment plans.
• Participating in team meetings to discuss progress and share ideas.
