Job summary

Top Penguin ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder. You will collect progress data, collaborate with BCBA supervisors, and maintain detailed session records.

Qualifications

• Completion of the RBT training program and certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with team members and families.

Responsibilities

• Delivering ABA therapy sessions to children with ASD using evidence-based techniques.
• Collecting and organizing data on client progress, collaborating with BCBAs to inform treatment decisions.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of therapy sessions, including notes, data, and treatment plans.
• Participating in team meetings to discuss client progress and address concerns.
