BK Healthcare Management is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with Autism through evidence-based ABA interventions. Services may be provided at clients' homes or community locations, on a part-time basis.

The role offers Same Day Pay, a supportive clinical team, and opportunities for advancement via BCBA schooling partnerships. Paid training is provided, with emphasis on patient care and professional growth.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• Patience, compassion and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as part of the clinical team and implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
