STAR Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated clinic aide to support therapists with treatments, equipment setup, and patient preparation at our Dickson, TN location. You will perform routine tasks, maintain a clean workspace, and assist with administrative duties under supervision.

The role emphasizes autonomy, basic IT skills, and comfort with EMR systems and MS Office to help deliver high-quality care and a positive patient experience in a busy clinic.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; preference for allied health interest.
• Ability to work efficiently in an autonomous environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with common software.

Responsibilities

• Assist therapists with treatments under direct supervision.
• Set up patients for treatments and assist with exercises.
• Clean and maintain equipment, treatment areas, and linen supply.
• Answer phones, file, and schedule patients as needed.
• Assist with inventory management under Clinic Director direction.
