Job summary

STAR Physical Therapy in Nashville is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Aide to assist therapists with treatments under supervision, set up patients, and help with exercises as directed. You will maintain clean treatment areas, manage equipment, and support front-office tasks and scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; autonomous work environment preferred.
• Basic PC skills including EMR system and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist therapists with treatments under direct supervision.
• Set up patients for treatments and assist with exercises as directed by the Physical Therapist.
• Clean and maintain equipment, treatment areas, and linen supply.
• Perform routine maintenance and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Help with administrative tasks such as filing, answering phones, and scheduling patients.
• Order supplies and assist with inventory management under the Clinic Director.
• Contribute to a positive clinic environment and teamwork.
