STAR Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated assistant to support licensed therapists in a fast-paced Tennessee clinic. You will help with treatments, set up patients, maintain clean spaces, and handle light administrative tasks under supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; preference for allied health track.
• Ability to work efficiently in an autonomous environment.
• Basic PC skills including EMR systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist therapists with treatments under direct supervision.
• Clean and maintain equipment, treatment areas, and linen supply.
• Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning equipment and disinfecting tables.
• Set up patients for treatments and assist with exercises as directed by the Physical Therapist.
• Help with administrative tasks such as filing, answering phones, and scheduling patients.
• Order supplies and assist with inventory management under the Clinic Director.
• Maintain safety protocols, including equipment checks and fire safety procedures.
• Contribute to a positive clinic environment and support team efforts.
