Job summary

Staples is seeking a Print Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service and produce finished print products in the Print Solutions department. You will help customers with print needs, use in-store equipment, and support a friendly, team-oriented retail culture.

This is a flexible part-time role with opportunities for growth and weekly pay. Training is provided, and you may assist with shipping tasks and other duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to greet customers and respond quickly and attentively.
• Open-ended questions to understand print needs.
• Basic computer skills to open, save and send files using Word or similar.
• Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced store environment.
• Lift and move supplies up to 50 pounds; stand and walk continually.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the Print Solutions department and respond quickly and attentively.
• Ask questions to understand copy print needs and build relationships.
• Use order intake tools to capture project information and propose print solutions.
• Assist customers with self-service tasks using copy machines and PC rentals.
• Ask qualifying questions during consultation to generate leads.
• Perform other duties as assigned (e.g., assist with shipping).
