Staples Print Specialists provide exceptional customer service for print needs and produce professionally finished products using print equipment. Qualifications

• Flexible schedule based on store needs (part-time).
• Ability to handle multiple customers and provide total print solutions.
• Attention to detail to catch quality issues.
• Basic computer skills: open/save/send files, use word processors.
• Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Manage conflicts in a constructive, cooperative manner.
• Operate with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Able to lift/move supplies in the 10–50 lb range and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the Print Solutions department and respond promptly.
• Ask open-ended questions to understand copy/print needs and build relationships.
• Use order intake tools to capture project details and offer a print solution.
• Assist customers with tasks in the self-service area with copy machines and PC rentals.
• Ask qualifying questions during consultations to generate potential leads.
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned (e.g., assist with shipping).
