Job summary

Staples Print Solutions department is seeking a friendly, service-oriented team member to assist customers with print needs and deliver high-quality finished products. You will operate print and production equipment, while maintaining a collaborative, fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, assessing copy print requirements, capturing project details, and guiding customers through self-service options.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and respond quickly in Print Solutions.
• Ask open-ended questions to understand copy print needs.
• Use order intake tools to capture project information.
• Assist customers with self-service area, printers and PC rentals.
• Qualify questions to generate leads.
• Be flexible to perform other duties (e.g., assist with shipping).
