Language Essentials Speech & Occupational Therapy in San Ramon, CA is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist for a flexible, part-time role. Qualifications

• Hold a current California Occupational Therapist license.
• Degree from an accredited occupational therapy program.
• At least two years of pediatric occupational therapy experience.
• Ability to independently evaluate, plan treatment, and manage a pediatric caseload.
• Creative and engaging therapy style that is fun and functional.
• Strong communication with families and colleagues.
• Organized, dependable, and a team player.
• Experience and training in pediatric feeding therapy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pediatric OT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Create engaging, play-based therapy sessions to build daily living skills.
• Support sensory processing, motor coordination, self-care, play and self-regulation.
• Collaborate with families to apply progress in daily routines.
• Coordinate with SLPs and other professionals for integrated care.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.
• Share ideas to grow the OT program.
• Provide pediatric feeding intervention when appropriate.
