Job summary

DashMart, a local-fulfillment center operated by DoorDash, is hiring for a Part-Time Variable Schedule Operations Associate. You’ll pick up shifts through our scheduling app, with at least one shift every four weeks and a minimum of four hours per shift.

You’ll begin with onboarding and one initial training shift, then select future shifts based on business needs and your schedule. We value reliability, positivity, and team orientation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Willing to obtain Food Handler’s Certification upon hire.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort working in refrigerated areas.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders from the app and handing off to Dashers.
• Inventory and spoilage management, stocking receivables and shelf life.
• Warehouse organization and cleaning.
• Delighting customers with approved substitutions.
