• Assist with daily mail processing and document distribution across departments.
• Support Deposit Operations posting activities and basic transaction processing.
• Provide support to the Collections team, including special check processing.
• Support Card Services with travel notifications, file maintenance, and account updates.
• Assist Loan Operations with title filing, tracking, and documentation processing.
• Help E-Services test system functionality and support digital platform updates.
• Process share drafts and review files from core systems (e.g., Alkami).
• Support Operations with account research and routine diligence.
