Qualifications

• No prior financial institution experience required.
• Experience in office, administrative, customer service, volunteer, internship, or part-time work preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old and enrolled in school or program.
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Introductory)

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily mail processing and document distribution across departments.
• Support posting activities and basic transaction processing within Deposit Operations.
• Provide support to the Collections team, including handling special check processing.
• Support Card Services with travel notifications, file maintenance, and account updates.
• Assist Loan Operations (LOS) with title filing, tracking, and documentation processing for registrations.
• Help E-Services test system functionality and support digital platform updates.
• Process share drafts and review files from core systems (e.g., Alkami).
• Support Operations with account research, including deceased notifications and account flagging.
• Perform general administrative and operational support duties across multiple departments.
