Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is seeking a dependable, team-oriented Variable Schedule Operations Associate. You will pick and pack orders, manage inventory and spoilage, and keep the warehouse neatly organized across rotating shifts.

Scheduled openings are posted in the scheduling app, with a minimum four-hour shift every four weeks and onboarding shifts to start. You’ll begin with onboarding and a 4-hour training shift within 14 days, then select shifts based on business needs and your schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations.
• Detail-oriented and passionate about fresh food quality and safety.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas (with or without accommodation).
• Willing to complete a Food Handler’s Certification upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Picking and Packing orders; pick orders from the app, pack the order and hand it off to Dashers.
• Inventory and spoilage management; stock receivables and manage inventory, including shelf life.
• Warehouse organization; clean and organize the warehouse.
• Delight customers; substitutions require customer approval.
