Job summary

DoorDash's DashMart is hiring a Part-Time Variable Schedule Operations Associate to pick, pack, and hand off orders to Dashers. You will manage inventory, spoilage, and warehouse organization while ensuring substitutions meet customer approvals.

You’ll start with onboarding and a 4-hour training shift, then pick shifts via the scheduling app, typically at least two shifts per month. Shifts include morning, day, evening, and overnight with a sensitivity to reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations.
• Reliability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders and handing off to Dashers.
• Inventory and spoilage management, including shelf life.
• Warehouse organization and upkeep.
• Delight customers by ensuring substitutions are approved.
