Job summary

Theoria Medical is seeking a part-time Advanced Practice Provider to care for residents in Pratt, KS, within skilled nursing facilities. You will perform daily rounds, prescribe treatment plans, and communicate with nursing staff, all while enjoying flexible scheduling and a supportive, tech-enabled team.

Qualifications

Active U.S. professional license required.
Board certification for APNs (ANCC/AANPCB/AACN) or PA certification (NCCPA).
Experience in skilled nursing or similar setting preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities.
Perform daily rounds, prescribe medications and treatment plans.
Address acute and emergent issues in collaboration with the clinical team.
Maintain consistent on-site attendance and adhere to facility policies.
