Job summary

Theoria Medical is seeking a part-time Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to serve skilled nursing facilities in Doniphan, Missouri. You’ll deliver patient-centered care on a part-time basis, with six-hour facility shifts and flexible scheduling.

You'll round, assess, prescribe, and collaborate with a clinical team, using modern tools and an intuitive EHR to support continuity of care for vulnerable residents.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. license and board certification by ANCC/AANPCB/PNCB/AACN (for NPs) or NCCPA (for PAs).
• Ability to work in post-acute care and skilled nursing facilities.
• Comfort with technology and EHR usage.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in SNFs.
• Perform daily rounding, prescribe medications and treatment plans.
• Communicate with facility staff via secure messaging as needed.
• Maintain reliable on-site attendance for scheduled shifts.
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements.
