Job summary

Theoria Medical is seeking a part-time Advanced Practice Provider to serve skilled nursing facilities in Pratt, KS. You’ll deliver patient-centered care, perform daily rounds, prescribe treatments, and collaborate with a remote clinical team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. license required.
• Board certification for NP or PA as listed.
• Experience in geriatric/skilled nursing settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily rounds and develop treatment plans.
• Coordinate with facility staff via secure messaging or phone.
• Maintain on-site attendance for scheduled shifts.
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulations.
