Job summary

Theoria Medical is seeking a part-time Advanced Practice Provider to serve local skilled nursing facilities in Bonham, TX. You’ll deliver compassionate, patient-centered care with flexible scheduling and autonomy, supported by a collaborative clinical team.

You’ll work with an iPad for charting, and benefit from access to UpToDate for guidance, along with a competitive total rewards package including annual and longevity bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. license and board certification required (ANCC/AANPCB/PNCB/AACN for APRN or NCCPA for PA).
• Specialties include Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, among others.
• Excellent clinical judgment and commitment to high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities.
• Conduct daily rounding and address acute/emergent issues while developing treatment plans.
• Communicate with facility staff via secure messaging or phone as needed.
• Maintain reliable on-site attendance for scheduled shifts and ensure regulatory compliance.
