Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Access to reliable transportation for multiple locations.
• Access to reliable internet for updates.
• Ability to learn and use the company-provided tablet for training and daily tasks.
• Meet scheduling needs including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders in greeting card departments and other locations.
• Display products and maintain organized backrooms; perform inventory tasks as needed.
• Communicate with management regarding service and scheduling questions.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time-management and organization.
• Build relationships with store associates and management during daytime hours.
• Be available for additional days and extended hours around major holidays.
• Assist with store resets, fixture work, product assembly, relocation or removal as requested.
• Plan weekly service schedule and workload in stores using a company tablet.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
