Job summary

American Greetings is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service multiple retail locations, display and maintain inventory, and collaborate with store teams across the route. The role emphasizes organization, time management, and independent work on weekdays and holidays as needed.

Starting pay is $12.60 per hour with increases to $13.30 after 6 months and $14.00 after 1 year. Flexible scheduling, paid training, and a 401(k) with company match are provided.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and internet access.
• Able to learn and use company-provided tablet.
• Occasional weekends and major holiday scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders.
• Display product within greeting card departments and maintain backroom areas.
• Handle inventory tasks and coordinate with store management.
• Communicate questions or scheduling concerns to management.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time management.
• Build relationships with store associates and management during daytime hours.
• Assist with store resets and minor fixture work when needed.
• Plan weekly service schedule using a company-issued tablet.
