Pay starts at $12.60/hour with increases after 6 months to $13.30 and after 1 year to $14.00. Flexible scheduling and paid training are provided, along with a 401(k) plan with company match.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on your assigned route, including merchandising and organizing product orders, displaying product within greeting card departments and other retail locations, maintaining organized backrooms, and other inventory tasks.
• Communicate with management any questions or concerns regarding service or schedules.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment utilizing time management and organizational skills.
• Partner with retail store associates and management during daytime retail business hours.
• Availability for additional working days and extended hours around major holidays.
• Provide occasional assistance with store resets including minor fixture work, product assembly, relocation, or removal.
• Review and plan weekly service schedule and workload in assigned stores using a company-issued tablet.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
