American Greetings is a global leader in the Celebrations marketplace seeking a Merchandiser to service multiple retail locations in Gorham, NH. The role involves merchandising, stocking, and maintaining product displays on a scheduled route with emphasis on greeting cards and party goods.

Flexible scheduling and part-time hours support holiday peaks. Starting pay is $13.50/hr with incremental increases over the first year, training provided, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Reliable transportation to access multiple retail locations.
• Access to reliable internet for updates and training.
• Able to learn and use a company-provided tablet.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders.
• Display products in greeting card departments and other locations.
• Maintain organized backroom areas and complete inventory tasks.
• Communicate scheduling questions or concerns to management.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time-management.
• Build relationships with store associates and management during daytime hours.
• Availability for additional days and extended hours around major holidays.
• Assist with store resets including minor fixture work and product assembly.
• Plan weekly service schedule and workload in assigned stores using a company tablet.
• Work independently or as part of a team.
