American Greetings is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service multiple Rochester-area locations, display and maintain inventory of greeting cards and gift items, and collaborate with store teams. You will manage shelf displays, stock levels, and backroom organization across routes at 525 Titus Ave and 500 Skyview Centre Pkwy in Rochester.

The position offers paid training, flexible scheduling, and a company 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English is required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Access to reliable transportation for multi-location routes.
• Access to reliable internet for critical updates.
• Willingness to use a company-provided tablet for training and tasks.
• Able to work occasional weekends and holiday periods.

Responsabilités

• Service stores on the assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders.
• Display products within greeting card departments and other locations.
• Maintain organized backroom areas and handle inventory tasks.
• Communicate questions or schedule concerns with management.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time management.
• Build relationships with store associates and management during daytime hours.
• Be available for additional days and extended hours around major holidays.
• Assist with store resets including fixture work, assembly, relocation, or removal as requested.
• Plan weekly service schedule and workload using a company-issued tablet.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
