Job summary

American Greetings is seeking a part-time Support Merchandiser to service multiple Kalamazoo area stores. The role focuses on merchandising, inventory maintenance, and presenting products across greeting card departments and related sections.

You will work independently on a defined route with the support of a company-provided tablet, coordinating schedules and store resets as needed. Prior experience is not required, and training is provided.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English is required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Reliable transportation for multiple locations on route.
• Access to reliable internet for updates and training.
• Willingness to work occasional weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders.
• Display product in greeting card departments and other locations; maintain backroom areas.
• Communicate questions or concerns to management about service or schedules.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with good time management and organization.
• Build relationships with store associates and management during daytime hours.
• Be available for additional days and extended hours during major holidays.
• Assist with store resets, fixtures, or product relocation as needed.
• Plan weekly service schedule and workload in stores using a company tablet.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
