Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service retail locations in Urbana, OH, ensuring products and displays meet client standards. You will work independently in stores, stocking shelves, updating planograms, and completing audits.

The role offers a starting wage of $13.00 per hour, travel time pay and mileage reimbursement, and a flexible schedule in your local market. No experience is required as virtual training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work in an independent and efficient manner while providing accurate and timely reporting via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to effectively communicate with store personnel.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
• Updating planograms and product displays.
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets.
• Applying security tags and labels.
• Taking photos and submitting reports through a mobile app.
• Building professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicating directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores.
