Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service retail locations in Ohio. You will stock shelves, update displays to meet client standards, and conduct routine audits and reporting.

No prior merchandising experience is required, as virtual training and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed. This role offers a flexible schedule in your local market, travel between locations, and potential benefits such as early wage access and a 401(k) with company match when

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work independently with timely reporting via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to communicate with store personnel.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
• Updating planograms and product displays.
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets.
• Applying security tags and labels.
• Taking photos and submitting reports through a mobile app.
• Building professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicating directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores.
