Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service retail locations across your assigned area, ensuring shelves, displays, and planograms meet client standards.

You will work independently, travel between locations, document audits via a mobile app, and build relationships with store personnel. Training and ongoing support are provided.

This role offers a flexible schedule, travel-time pay and mileage reimbursement, early wage access, and a 401(k) with company match where eligible.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work independently and report via mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to communicate with store personnel and follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
• Updating planograms and product displays.
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets.
• Applying security tags and labels.
• Taking photos and submitting reports via a mobile app.
• Building relationships with store staff and management.
• Communicating with District Manager while working independently in stores.
