Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service local retail locations in Charlottesville, ensuring displays meet client standards.

You will stock shelves, update planograms, complete audits, and report via a mobile app, building relationships with store staff in a flexible local route.

No experience is required—virtual training is provided; starting pay is $14.00 per hour with travel pay, mileage reimbursement, and a 401(k) match where eligible.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work independently and report accurately via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to effectively communicate with store personnel.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Service retail locations independently to ensure displays meet client standards.
• Stock shelves and organize merchandise.
• Update planograms and product displays.
• Complete audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assist with store refreshes and resets.
• Apply security tags and labels.
• Take photos and submit reports through a mobile app.
• Build professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicate with District Manager while working in stores.
