Footprint Solutions is seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser to service retail locations in the Newark, OH area. You will independently stock shelves, update planograms, complete audits, and support store resets while ensuring client standards are met.

This role offers flexible scheduling in your local market, starting pay $13.00 per hour, travel time pay and mileage reimbursement, early wage access, and a 401(k) with company match. No experience required; virtual training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and report via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Retail merchandising experience is a plus.
• Able to communicate with store personnel and follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and organize merchandise.
• Update planograms and product displays.
• Complete audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assist with store refreshes and resets.
• Apply security tags and labels.
• Take photos and submit reports via a mobile app.
• Build professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicate directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores.
