Job summary

American Greetings is seeking a Merchandiser to service multiple retail locations across Washington. You will display and maintain inventory of greeting cards, gift wrap, party goods, and related items, while keeping backrooms organized and stock levels accurate.

The role emphasizes independence, strong organization, and time management in a fast-paced retail setting. Training is provided, with daytime hours and schedule flexibility around holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Access to reliable transportation as most routes have multiple retail locations.
• Access to reliable internet to receive critical job information and updates.
• Technological competency—able to learn and use company provided tablet for training and daily activity/tasks.
• Meet scheduling needs - occasional weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on your assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders.
• Display product within greeting card departments and other retail locations.
• Maintain organized backroom areas and other inventory tasks as needed.
• Communicate with management any questions or scheduling concerns.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Build relationships with store associates and management during daytime retail hours.
• Be available for additional working days and extended hours around major holidays.
• Provide occasional assistance with store resets, fixtures, or product relocation.
