Job summary

American Greetings is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service multiple retail locations, display and maintain greeting card products, and support inventory tasks. You will work independently on a route with flexible scheduling and training provided.

Lifting up to 40 pounds and valid transportation are required. The role emphasizes organization, time management, and customer-facing collaboration during daytime hours, including weekends and holidays when needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English is required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Access to reliable transportation for multiple locations.
• Access to reliable internet for critical updates.
• Technological competency to use a company tablet for training and tasks.
• Occasional weekends and holidays availability as needed.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on your assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders.
• Display product within greeting card departments and other locations.
• Maintain organized backroom areas and complete inventory tasks.
• Communicate questions or schedule concerns with management.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time management.
• Build relationships with store staff and management during daytime hours.
• Plan weekly service schedule in assigned stores using a company tablet.
