Job summary

American Greetings is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service multiple retail locations, displaying and maintaining inventory for our greeting cards, gift wrap, and party goods.

You will work independently across stores, manage schedules, and collaborate with store personnel to ensure timely product replenishment. Training is provided, with flexible scheduling around holidays and generous growth opportunities within a national celebrations leader.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older (age requirement).
• Ability to speak, read, write and understand English.
• Lift up to 40 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Access to reliable transportation to service multiple locations.
• Access to reliable internet for updates.
• Proficient with a company-provided tablet.
• Occasional weekends and major-holiday scheduling availability.

Responsibilities

• Service assigned routes by merchandising and organizing product orders.
• Display products within greeting card departments and other locations; maintain backroom organization.
• Communicate with management about schedules and questions.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time-management.
• Build relationships with store staff during daytime hours.
• Assist with store resets, fixture work, or product relocation as needed.
• Plan weekly service schedule and workload in stores using company tablet.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
