American Greetings is seeking a part-time Support Merchandiser to service multiple retail locations on a set route in the Ruckersville area. You will merchandise and maintain greeting cards, gift wrap, and related products while keeping backroom areas organized.

No prior experience is required; training is provided. This role emphasizes reliable transportation, ability to lift up to 40 pounds, and comfort working in a fast-paced retail environment with daytime hours and some holiday shifts.

Formación

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Access to reliable transportation to service multiple locations.
• Access to reliable internet for updates.
• Ability to learn and use the company-issued tablet for training and daily tasks.
• Meet scheduling needs, including weekends and major holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Service stores on assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders.
• Display products in greeting card departments and other locations.
• Maintain organized backroom areas and other inventory tasks.
• Communicate with management about questions or schedule concerns.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time-management and organization.
• Build relationships with store staff and management during daytime hours.
• Be available for additional days and extended hours around holidays.
• Assist with store resets, minor fixture work, and product assembly as needed.
• Review and plan weekly service schedule using the company-issued tablet.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
