Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and support for resident care.

• Collaborate with facility leadership and nursing staff to improve quality outcomes.
• Review complex cases, treatment plans, and clinical concerns as needed.
• Support regulatory compliance and quality improvement initiatives.
