Qualifications

• Active Ohio medical license (MD or DO) and DEA registration.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or geriatrics preferred.
• Prior medical director or physician leadership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical oversight and clinical leadership for the facility.
• Round on residents and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Mentor and collaborate with the nurse practitioner and nursing teams.
• Support quality measures and regulatory compliance.
